Our pop-up markets showcase the best of Seattle’s energy — from afternoon gatherings to late-night art parties. Each event offers vendors a chance to connect with new audiences, celebrate local talent, and be part of something unforgettable.

Secure Your Spot at Pioneer Square Fest 2025
Be a part of an extraordinary event this summer by securing your vending booth spot at the renowned Pioneer Square Fest 2025! This two-day market, held on Saturday, July 5th and Sunday, July 6th, promises to be a celebration of local talent and vibrant community spirit. Participate in this beloved festival, now in its third year, and showcase your products to enthusiastic attendees eager to discover what the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Showcase Your Products to Engaged Festival-Goers
Pioneer Square Fest is not just any summer market; it’s the original Summer Market and Music Festival that attracts the freshest artists and vendors from the region. Set against the charming backdrop of Pioneer Square, this festival provides a unique opportunity to connect with a diverse and engaged audience. By securing a vending booth, you have the chance to showcase your products right in the heart of the action, ensuring maximum visibility and potential sales. The goal of Pioneer Square Fest is to draw attention to the neighborhood, in order to highlight the many awesome bars and restaurants we will not be hosting any food vendors this year. Pre-packaged food and drinks are welcome but no hot food vendors will be permitted.

Convenient Location and Flexible Vending Options
The festival will close parts of Occidental, Washington, and Main streets, along with reserving parking on 1st, 2nd, and Yesler Ave, making it easily accessible for both vendors and visitors. Vendors can choose to reserve a vending spot for either one day or both days of the event, with options available for those who require parking. This flexibility allows you to tailor your participation according to your needs, ensuring an enjoyable experience both for you and the festival attendees.

Vendor Parking
Working in partnership with the city we were able to reserve a number of parking spots in the neighborhood specifically for our vendors. With or without parking is an option for vendors, but only while supplies last.
Which Zone Should I Choose?
The good news is there are no bad zones — each zone offers a unique experience, featuring different nearby stores, bars and restaurants, so it really depends on your setup, product type, and vibe. Each zone will have dedicated staff and security, easy load-in/load-out access during your scheduled time, and plenty of signage to guide attendees your way. No matter which you choose, you’ll be right in the middle of the Pioneer Square Fest energy.
