What Vendor Space is available, do I need my own table?
The location has a number of restaurant tables that are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. It would be best if you brought your own table.

What is the deadline to sign up?
As long as there is space there is no deadline. The sooner you register the better but if you find out you can make it at the last minute call Lloyd at 612-708-3289 and see if there’s room.

What is the set up time?
We’d like all vendors set up by 5pm, starting no earlier than 3pm.

What is the take down time?
You can start tearing down at 9pm or as circumstances warrant.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
This is an indoor event with the opportunity to spread outdoors in good weather. They have a unique backroom that opens to Pioneer Passage, the alley that connects The Merchants Cafe and Bon Voyage Vintage. They also have a massive basement we’re eyeing for future events.

What types of products are you looking for?
Small, hand made or boutique items that may interest art walk attendants. Art Walk is primarily made up of galleries where purchasing art is cost prohibitive. The merchandise that does best are the pieces that allow people to take Art Walk home with them. While that could be just about anything, the other thing to consider is this event will be taking place in a sports bar that specializes in Korean style fried chicken. If your product is too fancy, it may not be a fit but if you’re willing to come and have fun with other vendors you’re going to be welcomed in any case.

Will this event happen every month?
The first event was a trial run, we would like to continue if enough people like the space and we can generate traffic.

Will this event always be free?
We may suggest a donation or nominal fee to promote the event and pay the MCs or musical guests. We are committed to keeping the fees low however, and believe the best course for these early markets is to not charge at all and see what happens.
