Join us for the next chapter of the Masin Market! This month, we’re returning to where it all began — a cozy, intimate setup on the ground floor of the Masin Building with outdoor spaces for pop-up vendors.
We’re offering 10-15 indoor spaces and several outdoor spots, perfect for showcasing your art, crafts, or small business products. Indoor spots vary based on setup needs, and outdoor spaces allow you to engage directly with passersby in the vibrant heart of Pioneer Square.

Art Walk Night Market FAQ
Where is the Masin Building Night Market located?
The Masin Building Night Market is located at 220 2nd Ave South, Seattle. It’s situated across from the highly popular and successful
210 Market, offering high visibility and foot traffic.
What do I need to bring?
The Masin building is unfurnished so vendors are required to bring their own tables, chairs, and anything else they may require to vend. Power is available but extension cords are not.
How are vendor spots arranged?
Vendors may request their same spots as last time but are otherwise assigned spaces on a first-come, first-serve basis. Due to the mix of vendors registering in advance and registering day-of, assigning spaces in advance is just not practical at this time. As we mature as a market that may change.
What has changed?
For the past several months the Masin Market was able to use the 2nd floor event space to host vendors. The arrangement was made to increase exposure to the building and attract full-time tenants. Our efforts have been successful, averaging a couple event referrals a month and now possibly a full-time tenant. We’re thrilled for the property owners to have found a company eager to invest in Pioneer Square but we’re a bit sad that it means changes to the market due to the much smaller space available to us.
How many vendors can the 2025 Masin Market accommodate?
The Masin Market will now be limited to the ground floor of the Masin Building and offers space for approximately 10-15 vendors inside on the and more outside when the weather permits it. The upstairs mezzanine will be off limits for the immediate future with a hope of returning once the new tenant’s construction is complete.

What are the market hours?
Load in can start around 4:00pm, doors open to the public at 6:00pm and load out must be completed by 9:30. (Call or text Lloyd at 612-708-3289 for building access before 4:00pm.)
Where can I park?
The Masin Building has a large number of Back-In parking stalls on 2nd Avenue South in front of the building, including 4 Load-In parking spots right in front of the Market entrance. Street parking is free after 6pm but free passes for parking in the Butler Garage (2nd and James) and even closer Frye Garage (117 3rd Ave S) are available for art walk vendors and attendees.
Can I share this event on my social media?

What types of products are you looking for?
Small, hand-made or boutique items that may interest art walk attendants. Art Walk is primarily made up of galleries where purchasing art is cost prohibitive. The merchandise that does best are the pieces that allow people to take Art Walk home with them.
