Vendor Packages
Two Day Regular Vendor Spot – $280 $230
- One (1) 10×10 ft vending space
- One (1) free parking space at designated lot

Two Day Discounted Vendor Spot – $200 $115
- One (1) 10×10 ft vending space
- Two (2) vendor passes
- Two (2) festival wristbands
- Does not include parking — vendors must pay to park at our designated discounted lot
Two Day Small Vendor Spot – $50
- One (1) indeterminate sized vending space
- Two (2) vendor passes
- Two (2) festival wristbands
- May be in a partner location but will serve as back-fill if we don’t sell out
- Does not include parking — vendors must pay to park at our designated discounted lot
How this will work
The Pioneer Square Fest Organizers want to make sure every vendor has an opportunity to join us and every vendor spot is filled. We have over 100 vendor spaces we would like to fill and many of them include parking. By buying this discounted package you agree to be given your vendor space as late as the day of, via email, text or will call. Every space has a Zone and booth number and we will assign you the one that makes the most sense for your business.
Discount vendors don’t have to bring 10×10 tents. Vendors willing to pop-up with just a table will be assigned to spots not necessarily on the map.
Important Notes:
- NO HOT FOOD VENDORS allowed
- Discounted vendors are responsible for their own parking costs (rate coming soon)
Market Hours
The market hoars are Saturday, July 5th, 11am-7pm and Sunday, July 6th, 11am-6pm. We will allow for 2 hours of Load-in/Load-out time but exact times will depend on which vendor zone you are in.

Vendor parking availability varies by package — all Regular Vendor spots include free parking.
